Parking
McMaster Innovation Park currently has four parking lots, with additional underground parking, allowing for a total of 500 vehicles on site. The well lit lots are monitored and kept free of debris for the safety and convenience of our tenants and their visitors. All lots are equipped with signage to ensure clarity for all patrons. Please keep in mind that all lots are pay lots. If you have any questions please contact the MIP Admin Office Front Desk.
VISITOR PARKING
Our visitor parking area is adjacent to the ATRIUM@MIP at 175 Longwood Road South in Hamilton and is a pay and display parking area. Visitor parking payment is required from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Payment may be made as early as 6:00 a.m. weekdays to reserve your parking space. The cost for parking in this lot is $.50 per hour to a maximum of $5.00 per day. Exact change, Mastercard or Visa, are the payment options. All guests visiting Tenants in the building are directed to the Visitor Parking lot.
TENANT EMPLOYEE PARKING
Parking areas Lot 2, Lot 3 and Underground parking are available for tenant employee parking. Payment options are:
- Credit card - Mastercard or Visa
- Debit
- Payroll Deduction (McMaster University employees only)

If you are interested in initiating or altering your parking at McMaster Innovation Park, please complete the Parking Application Form and return it to the attention of Janet Hughes, in Suite 105, at McMaster Innovation Park along with your payment.
We encourage our parking patrons to use parking safety at all times.
McMaster Innovation Park does have a reciprocal agreement with McMaster University to share the parking expenses for their combined patrons. In order to initiate reciprocal parking at MIP, please complete the McMaster Innovation Park Reciprocal parking application and return it to the attention of Janet Hughes, in Suite 105 at McMaster Innovation Park.
