MIP Fitness & Wellness Facility
Welcome to the MIP Fitness Facility, a facility catering to working professionals, graduate students and residents in the surrounding community.
The fully equipped MIP Fitness Facility offers a range of cardio machines, a free weight area with dumbbells ranging from 3lbs to 80lbs, multiple fully adjustable benches, a Smith Machine and leg press, as well as multiple cable stations to complete a well-rounded strength workout. A full spin room and group class studio round out the facility's offerings.
Onsite staff, through a joint co-op placement with Mohawk College’s Health, Wellness and Fitness Program, ensures there is someone on hand to answer your questions, present high energy classes, provide personal training services, and share the latest knowledge and research from the fitness industry.
