Basic ($19/month plus tax): Includes 24/7 day use of lockers, showers, and all facility equipment. Classes, personal training, and specialty programs are additional.
All Inclusive ($39/month plus tax):Include 24/7 day use of lockers, showers, all facility equipment, and unlimited classes. Personal training and speciality programs are additional.
Shower Access Only ($15/month plus tax):Includes limited access to shower facilities only (6am to 6pm Monday to Friday). This memberships provides no access to facility equipment, classes, etc.
A one-time $25 fee is required for a security access card for all new members who do not currently have an access card.
Monthly Billing: Your credit card will automatically be billed on the 2nd of each month for your monthly membership.
Prepaid Billing: You can purchase a membership for 1 to 12 months at a time. You pay upfront so your credit card will not be billed monthly.

This class is geared towards those that are new to Yoga or enjoy a less challenging practice than our Advanced Yoga. The foundation is based on basic yoga poses with an emphasis on a full body stretch. This class will concentrate on breath control, meditation, and instilling confidence in flow and movement. This class is suited to beginners.
This class encompasses a cardio component while stepping up and down on an elevated platform (the step). The step is adjustable through risers. The height can be tailored to the individual. Cardio Step will include a strength component while stepping using light weights. This class is suitable to all levels of fitness.
This is a vigorous cardio workout done on a spin bike. This class is a great calorie burn and leg workout. Class routines are varied from week to week to keep the class fresh and interesting. This class is well suited to those looking at increasing their endurance, strengthen their core, tone muscle, and better their balance. It is suitable for all ability levels.
This class consists of a series of exercises performed in rotation with minimal rest in between. There are various stations set up and participants will move from station to station, after a set amount of time or repetitions. Circuit is geared towards improving muscle tone, weight loss and improved cardio. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Beginners are encouraged to try this class.
This class consists of a flowing practice, designed to build strength, balance, and increase energy and flexibility. This is an active yoga class, which will improve your ability to hold and perform new yoga poses. This is a challenging and advanced class not suitable for beginners.
This class has periods of intense cardio work alternating with active recovery using resistance bands to strengthen muscles. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness.
TMC (Total Muscle Conditioning)
This is a full body strengthening class including core. The training tools we will use will vary from class to class to ensure variety. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness.
This is a non-impact class which will improve flexibility, core strength, and improve coordination and balance. The class will also offer full body stretching. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness.
This class will incorporate various kettlebell exercises, which are performed in a group setting. The moves are basic kettlebell moves incorporating a whole body workout. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness.
